sinanjuMy headache, that is. A serious tension headache, very localized--right across the base of my skull between my ears. I've had it come over me three times in the last week or so. It comes on very suddenly and lingers for a while, slowly fading. It's hardly debilitating in and of itself; I used to get migraines as a child, so I know what a debilitating headache is like--and this ain't it. Not by a long shot.

snippy worries about me, of course, but I don't think it's anything serious. She's showed me a stretch for the muscles there that she got from a physical therapist and that seems to help. Maybe it's just a couple of decades of office work catching up to me. I'll have to make a point doing more (read: some) stretching on a regular basis to see if that helps.
In other news, half an hour til the Angel season finale. I'm looking forward to it. The episodes lately have been interesting; the overall plot doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense if you think about it for 30 seconds, but I'm not worrying about that at the moment. You takes your fun where you can find it, and Angel this season has been more fun than not (as opposed to Buffy).
