Week Two, Day Two
Mar. 10th, 2006 07:21 pmAnother thirty minutes of aerobic activity. Go me! I'm bursting--bursting, I say!--with health! You can see it oozing out of my skin!
It also did wonders for my mood. I was feeling a little depressed when I got home tonight. The last thing I wanted to do was go running. I knew, however, that going running was the best thing for me. It always elevates my mood and blows the cobwebs out of my brain. By the time I reach the end of my 5k run, I'm not worrying about work any longer.
That's a good thing to remember.
