Are you kidding? I grew up in southern Virginia. The standard beverage with lunch or dinnir was sweet iced tea.
2. Which do you prefer (list expunged)?
None of the above, thanks. The only tea I consider drinking comes out of a big red and yellow Lipton teabag box.
3. What is your favorite herbal tea?
If I drank herbal teas, I might have a favorite. I can tell you that my favorite aspirin in Bayer. If you have to chew up a couple of aspirin tablets, Bayer has the least offensive taste. (I know this because I never learned to swallow pills until I was about 20, and it's still a major undertaking.)
4. Do you take ice in your cold tea?
No. I fill a glass with ice, then pour enough tea into the glass to fill the empty space around the cubes. There's a difference.
5. Have you ever had sweet tea?
It's the only kind I drink. Unsweetened tea, herbal teas, hot teas--these are all inferior variations on the One True Tea, which is cold, sweet and poured into glasses full of ice.
