I'm listening to the radio as I'm working. I just heard an advertisement for a loan agency which is promoting interest only loan payments. No unpleasant principal payments! Until recently, the shill explains, you didn't have a choice about paying principal on a loan. But now you can choose not to do that, and enjoy increased monthly cash flow by paying only the interest. Don't let banks tell you how much principal you have to pay each month!

I'm...stunned. I'd like to say "I can't believe people would fall for this!" but I know better.
