Weekend Update

I had a good day on Friday. I took a different tack on Strange Attractors. Rather than fiddling around with existing scenes, which has been going very slowly, I wrote a new scene to fill in what had previously been a brief mention in passing of my protagonists stopping to eat lunch while on the road. It gave me a chance to do some character development and fill in some backstory.

It was also new writing, not editing. Hence, it went much better and I produced a lot more words than I've been doing of late. I liked that a lot. More like that, please!

I haven't resubmitted the three stories I got rejections on this week. I really have to get on that. Tomorrow, perhaps.
