Merry Christmas, Y'all!

If you read this livejournal it may appear that I haven't been posting much lately. That would be incorrect. I've been a posting fool...on crossinglostrp and crossinglostooc, a couple of LiveJournal role-playing communities. The first is the actual game community, the other is the "backstage" community where out of character (ooc--get it?) happens, and plot ideas get tossed around and whatnot.
The premise is wacky--take your favorite fanfic characters and assume they were on Oceanic Flight 815 (from the series LOST) when it went down. See what happens. Wacky hijinx ensue. We've got a really odd assortment of characters from Stargate (Daniel Jackson), Stargate Atlantis (Rodney McKay), Batman Begins (Dr. Crane), House (House himself), Daredevil (Matt Murdock), and so on. My personal contributions are George Lass and Daisy Adair (Dead Like Me) and Ash (Army of Darkness).
So far I've killed off one of the Marines who had been accompanying Dr. Jackson and also Jack Shephard (one of the really annoying canon characters from LOST). I announced my evil plans for Jack Shephard when I claimed him as a character, not sure whether anyone would object. I got a resounding "Yeah--do it!" from the assembled multitudes. Apparently Jack is no more popular with the other players than he was with me.
Anyhow, I've been having a blast. Check it out.
