sinanjuI just saw a commercial on tv for the Silver Sonic XL.
It's a hearing aid. Oh, they don't call it that. But they talk about all the ways you can use it to, you know, hear things. They imply that you can use it to eavesdrop on distant conversations. And maybe you can--"hunter's ears" have provided that kind of hearing amplification for years. But here's the gag.
It strongly resembles a bluetooth-style hands free earpiece. And that's the selling point. "Because it resembles a cell phone ear adapter, no one will know you have sonic hearing!"
Or, in other words, because it's so big and bulky nobody will suspect it's a HEARING AID!
