Thanks for clearing that up....
From a local newsradio report on students producing anti-drug ad materials, as explained by a representative from the school district:
"From the 13 schools participating, we got 31 different...and when I say say 'different', I mean none of them were alike."
I fear for the products of public schooling. This reminds me of a televised meeting shortly after Kip Kinkel shot up his Springfield, OR school. It was surreal. Lots of vague, touchy-feely suggestions for how to prevent such things from a crowd of dimwits I slowly realized were all public school administrators or teachers. Oh, there were a couple of concrete suggestions--one person blamed all our troubles on processed food and urged a higher percentage of whole fruits and vegetables. There were also helpful suggestions like signs with mottos such as "Hands are not for hurting!"
No shit, Sherlock. Kinkel didn't use his hands. He used a high-tech tool called a 'gun'. And here I thought it couldn't be a coincidence that you have two eyes and I have two thumbs!

No, they're for handjobs.
Seriously, they say that eventually a teacher retains the maturity level of the grade they teach. If you don't believe me, go talk to a kindergarten teacher for a while. OTOH, school administrators ate total fucknuts, and idiots who usually get that job because they didn't want to bother teaching anymore. No wonder I work in the private sector. Yeah, we may pamper kids a little at Sylvan, but that's because we know they're fucked up when they get here anyway.
