Note: This is the first time I've gone running in over a week, what with weather, holiday commitments and the like. I've said it before and I'll say it again--conditioning goes fast. What it took me a couple of months to gain in the spring can be lost much more quickly if I don't make sure to keep up my running schedule in the winter.
